This psychoeducational group helps teens understand what boundaries are, how to communicate them with confidence, and how to respect the boundaries of others. Through discussion and practical tools, participants will build healthier relationships with friends, family members, teachers, and peers while strengthening self-respect, communication, and confidence.

This group is a supportive space for adults who grew up with caregivers who were emotionally unavailable, often leaving their children without the support needed for healthy emotional development. You will learn about emotionally immature parenting and how these experiences contribute to difficulties with emotional regulation, boundary-setting, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships in adulthood.
